Feeling Better

Sorry for the week off - Netanel had a fever for a few days. Now that it went away, Netanel is back in business! We're so glad to have our little cookie back...

It's hard to take a baby out to eat. They don't really have as much patience as you do to wait for the food. Thank G-d for finger food - Netanel ate Cheerios and bread during the entire wait - kept him quiet and happy!

Shopping with a baby is made practical with these fun shopping carts. I never noticed them before I went shopping with a baby, but now they make me want to take the baby for a ride in the supermarket every day...

Netanel Likes to Cook

He follows me around the kitchen whenever I'm cooking - he gets excited when I open the oven, take something out of the fridge, and even throw something in the garbage. He wants to cook too!

The Walls Are Hungry

It's hard to tell how much he's eating when you find his tray, the floor and the walls full of food. They're hungry too, right?

He just puts out his hand and tries to grab whatever he can. Even when you take a picture, he's trying to grab the camera away from you...

When he starts getting into your cabinets, that's when he really means trouble. Now there is probably not one safe spot in the house where he can be left...

Sometimes (or usually) you don't need toys. You just make them feel like they're doing something that belongs only to adults, and they're happy...

I'm Not Afraid!

You never know what your baby is going to be afraid of. Netanel loves dogs, being startled and playing in the pool - all things that I would expect a baby to be afraid of. On Friday, though, Netanel cried when I turned on the food processor. Who would have thought that that would be the thing to scare him?

Someone in this family likes when people takes pictures of him. Smile!

My Big Boy

When Netanel was a little baby, I would always eye the rides for the older kids and try to picture my baby in there. Now when I watch him enjoy the ride, I wish I can leave him there all day!

Sneaky Sneaky

You can't hide anything from him anymore. If you move something away, he'll figure out how to get to it. Just look at that smug smile he has when he knows he outsmarted me...

Happy 10 Months

Today is Netanel's 10 month birthday. Who can believe that he was once so small?

Peek-a-Boo

Every day he learns something new. He must get a thrill when he sees how excited we are when he shows us a new trick. This week Netanel started playing peek-a-boo. Where's Netanel? Peek-a-boo!

Baby in the Supermarket

Shopping in the supermarket with the baby is always fun, especially watching people stop to make him smile. It was even more exciting this week when someone asked if they can take a picture. Maybe one day we will look through someone's pictures and see Netanel smiling back at us...
